The folks over at Column Five have given us this great infographic on how brand color matters. In terms of internet marketing, there are a lot of factors to consider when you launch your website to start with marketing  conversion. One of the most overlooked elements of a website is its brand color. While there are many different factors that are more important than color (such as Calls to Action, Imagery, Copy), each marketer should not overlook the impact of brand coloring. As this infographic will show, there are several ways that colors can impact your marketing campaign.

Aside from learning about brand colors, the infographic also presents interesting and informative insights, such as:

  • Importance of Brand Colors
  • Brand Color integration
  • Color Brand statistics
  • Consumer Reactions to Color
  • Warm Colors vs Cool Colors

The color of your brand is more important than you think. Here’s a quick exercise; think of your favorite fast food brand, then your favorite brand of beverage. Now think of them in different colors… It doesn’t quite work does it? A lot of thought has been put into the colors of their brand, and it is as much a part of their identity as its design and font. The same principle applies to internet marketing. You have to know what color fits your website, and how it can help you grow your business.
