Technically, it is the percentage of single-page visits and the measure of visit quality through conversion. In layman’s terms, it is the number of window shoppers that visit your website. They look through the window, but they do not actually get in and buy anything. A high bounce rate means that the site landing page is not working or is irrelevant.
